HOW TO USE ACIFUL P SUSPENSION
ACIFUL P SUSPENSION is a combination of two antibiotics: Ofloxacin and Metronidazole. Ofloxacin works by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria. Metronidazole kills parasites and anaerobic bacteria that cause infections by damaging their DNA. Together, they treat your infection effectively.

What is Aciful P?
Aciful P is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. This medication helps in relieving pain and inflammation. It works by lowering the levels of chemical substances in the body that cause pain and inflammation.
Is it safe to use Aciful P?
Aciful P is safe for most of the patients. However, in some patients it may cause some unwanted common side effects like nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, heartburn, diarrhea and other uncommon and rare side effects.
Can I stop taking Aciful P when my pain is relieved?
If you are using the medication for a condition associated with long-term pain then Aciful P should be continued for as long as advised by your physician. It can be discontinued if you are using it for short-term pain relief.
Can the use of Aciful P cause nausea and vomiting?
Yes, the use of Aciful P can cause nausea and vomiting. Taking it with milk, food or with antacids can prevent nausea. Avoid taking fatty or fried foods along with this medication. In case of vomiting drink plenty of water or other fluids by taking small frequent sips. Talk to your doctor if vomiting persists and you notice signs of dehydration, like dark colored and strong-smelling urine and a low frequency of urination. Do not take any other medicine without speaking to your doctor
